Pre-anaesthetic clinic

If you are being admitted to Armidale Private Hospital for a surgical procedure, your doctor may request you attend a Pre Anaesthetic clinic. This clinic is staffed by a Registered Nurse and an Anaesthetist who will attend an assessment to ensure you are medically fit for your proposed surgery. It also enables you to receive all information and educational material regarding your procedure and gives you the opportunity to have all your questions answered.

Please bring a current list of your medications and any written medical history you may have.
